Another dealer pushing there loyal customers aside to cater to the OBAMA WELFARE Cash for Cars Program which will drive up the Cost of vehicals do to supply and demand. This is a small town dealer which once did a great job of taking care of customers. Thay have since built a new facility and gone to a Big City Dealership Attitude. There best salesman resigned and he was replaced with a very rude saleslady. Mark my word it's just a matter of time and they will close the doors. Bowman has destroyed the Great dealership Ruddicks Built. I have bought 3 new vehicals from them in the past and had a deal within 2hrs each time. Currently I am going on week 3 and still no deal they don't return calls and its always a strugle to get anyone to even answer when you call.

I do not know about the sales department at Bryan Bowman but the service department is one of the WORST I have ever encountered. I took my car for something that was supposed to need a "few hours" for. Dropped it off on Tuesday morning and they did not have it ready until Friday at closing time. In addition to this, they did not call to update us on the status of our car. My husband had to either call or stop by to see what was going on. And then when we go to pick it up they claimed things were wrong that could not of been wrong or extensive damage would have been done. Since they "fixed" things that were not needed of course it ended up costing twice as much as it should. Bryan Bowman is horrible. Do yourself a favor and do not take your car there for service.
