I traveled a great distance (almost 200 miles) to do business with BMW of the Main Line. I had made dozens of inquiries and numerous trips to two other BMW dealerships within an hour's drive. They both fell far short of "earning" my business. They "low balled" the value of my car which they had serviced for years and to add insult to injury treated me with disrespect by attitude of condescension. From the first phone call to your dealership (with Sean) I knew I had found the right place to purchase my next BMW. You started my day and my shopping experience right, after a four hour drive, with a fresh bagel and cream cheese. You even laid out lunch for me. What can I say? I was speechless. Thank you. Everyone on staff was a service team. I felt comfortable and like family.
