We spent over 2.5 hrs discussing the terms & conditions of the vehicle we had selected w/ Shaun H& Michael. We came in prequalified very clearly defined our terms - nicely STATING THIS WAS OUR OFFER. S & M noted - this was a fair offer. This was after they presented their 1st offer = FULL sticker price for the vehicle & lowball offer for our trade. I refused & was ready to walk, no hard feelings. They came in-line w/ our terms after timely discussion. After 2.5 hrs they came back w/ the final paperwork that was FULL price for the vehicle w/ an offer for our trade that was $200 higher than the initial offer that I refused! WTF I am frustrated that we had discussed & agreed to ALL of the terms of the purchase & trade & BOTH noted that this was a fair offer. I was not frustrated that we couldn't come to an agreement. S & M misrepresented the deal & dragged this process out for our family showing a lack of respect & value for our time & patience. S&M should I bill u 4 my time
