2009 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Extended / Crew Cab
0.0% Interest or $3,500 CashBack
The 2009 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 (regular cab model pictured) is the domestic auto company’s proud entry into the pickup truck sweepstakes. Outselling the Ford F-150 for the first time in decades, the Silverado has seen a surge in popularity thanks to better powertrain options and the continuation of its focus on capability and value. The Silverado 1500 Extended Cab features seating for up to 5 occupants that can be accessed through rear-hinged doors that also open wide enough to easily store additional cargo in the cabin. The Crew Cab version of the truck uses 4 full-size doors and a slightly larger passenger compartment.
The 2009 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Extended and Crew Cab trucks can be ordered with either a V6 engine or one of 4 different V8 options. The 6-cylinder unit displaces 4.3-liters and offers 195 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. Fuel economy is rated at 15 miles per gallon in the city and 20 miles per gallon during highway driving. The next step up, a 4.8-liter V8, increases engine output to 295 horsepower and 305 lb-ft of torque, with only a slight fuel mileage penalty. A 5.3-liter V8 offers an additional 20 horsepower and 33 lb-ft of torque, while the king of the hill 6.2-liter unit generates a commanding 403 horsepower and 417 lb-ft of torque. Fuel mileage for the 6.2-liter comes in at 13 miles per gallon around town and 19 miles per gallon on the highway. An intermediate 6.0-liter V8 can also be installed, which bridges the power gap between the largest and smallest motors. Depending upon engine configuration, a 4-speed or 6-speed transmission can be ordered, along with all-wheel drive.
There is a financing incentive of 0.0% interest or $3,500.00 cash back on the 2009 Chevrolet Silverado Extended and Crew Cab pickups effective until 08/31/2009.
2009 Dodge Charger
$3,500 Cash Back
The 2009 Dodge Charger is a full-size family car that offers surprising performance along with its spacious interior and aggressive exterior styling. The base Charger comes with cloth seats, air conditioning, a CD player and power door locks and windows, but upgrades come very quickly with each increment in trim. The SXT model improves the stereo and adds heated mirrors, while the R/T provides leather seats, automatic climate controls, and the possibility of a sport suspension, more responsive steering and all-wheel drive. The SRT8 adds a host of additional performance features to the overall package. As would be expected with such a large car, trunk space is an impressive 16.2 cubic feet.
Engine choices for the 2009 Dodge Charger range from mild to wild. Starting things off is a 2.7-liter V6 that provides 178 horsepower and 195 lb-ft of torque. Fuel mileage for this engine is a modest 18 miles per gallon around town and 26 miles per gallon on the highway. A 3.5-liter V6 can also be ordered, bringing total output to 250 horsepower and 250 lb-ft of torque with only a tiny drop in fuel economy. For true lead foots, two V8 engines are available: a 5.7-liter that produces a whopping 368 horsepower and 395 lb-ft of torque, and a 6.1-liter reserved exclusively for the Charger SRT8 that is good for 425 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque. Fuel mileage for the former is rated very closely to the 3.5-liter V6, while the latter sees consumption rise considerably to 13 miles per gallon in the city and 19 miles per gallon during highway cruising. Rear-wheel drive V6 Chargers use a 4-speed automatic transmission, while the V8’s and each all-wheel drive edition of the sedan stick to a 5-speed auto.
There is an incentive of $3,500.00 cash back on the 2009 Dodge Charger effective until 08/31/2009.
2009 Ford Mustang
0.0% Interest and $3,000 Cash Back
The 2009 Ford Mustang is a muscle car with over 40 years of automotive history stacked behind it. Featuring retro styling that attracts attention wherever it goes, the Ford Mustang is well suited for the role of economical transportation or fire-breathing drag strip beast, depending upon which options are checked off on the order sheet. The entry-level Mustang coupe offers air conditioning, power windows and door locks, keyless entry, a CD player and a folding rear seat. It is very easy to outfit the car with sporty equipment such as a stiffer suspension system and performance tires. An exterior appearance package that adds a different hood scoop, fog lamps and a rear spoiler, (most of which is standard with the GT model), is also available, along with a convertible option.
The 2009 Ford Mustang comes with a 4.0-liter V6 engine right out of the box. Good for 210 horsepower and 240 lb-ft of torque, the vehicle is no slouch and can also turn in fuel mileage numbers of 17 miles per gallon in stop and go driving and 26 miles per gallon on the highway. The GT adds two extra cylinders and an additional 0.6-liters, which ultimately spells out 300 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque – more than enough juice to smoke the tires at will. Fuel economy remains a respectable 15 miles per gallon in the city and 23 miles per gallon in highway driving. Either engine can be mated to a 5-speed automatic or manual transmission.
There is a financing incentive of 0.0% interest and $3,000.00 cash back on the 2009 Ford Mustang V6 ($3,500 on the GT) effective until 08/31/2009.
2009 GMC Envoy
2.9% Interest or $3,500 Cash Back
The 2009 GMC Envoy fills the void between the full-size Yukon and GM’s smaller crossover offerings. The Envoy strikes a balance between passenger and cargo capacity and the ruggedness of a truck, with available four-wheel drive and an impressive 80 cubic feet of storage space. The base Envoy isn’t exactly luxurious, but it does provide buyers with a number of useful features, such as dual climate controls, an available power driver’s seat and GM’s OnStar communications and safety package. The Denali premium edition of the Envoy adds unique wood trim, a tweaked exterior and other amenities like leather seats and 18-inch wheels. 5 people in total can seat themselves comfortably in the Envoy.
The 2009 GMC Envoy’s base engine is a 4.2-liter inline 6 that generates 285 horsepower and 276 lb-ft of torque. A 300 horsepower, 5.3-liter V8 can also be ordered, one which also produces 321 lb-ft of torque. Four-wheel drive is an option for either drivetrain, and the only transmission available is a 4-speed automatic. Each of the engines returns identical fuel economy: 14 miles per gallon around town and 20 miles per gallon during highway cruising.
There is a financing incentive of 2.9% interest or $3,500.00 cash back on the 2009 GMC Envoy effective until 08/31/2009.
2010 Hyundai Sonata
$1,000 Cash Back
The 2010 Hyundai Sonata is an economical yet still pleasant to drive vehicle that makes an excellent option for those with an extended commute to work. The sedan is focused on providing high value without breaking the bank. Its interior makes excellent use of all available space, and despite offering the same length and width as a mid-size car the vehicle’s passenger room is the equivalent to that of a full-size vehicle. As with most other Hyundai’s, the Sonata manages to incorporate a large number of standard features, even in the base model. These include power windows and door locks, air conditioning, satellite radio, and heated mirrors. Leather seats, a trip computer, larger wheels and a sporty appearance package can also be included as options.
The 2010 Hyundai Sonata tends more towards the efficiency end of the engine spectrum rather than overwhelming drivers with power. The entry-level 4-cylinder displaces 2.4-liters and produces 175 horsepower and 168 lb-ft of torque. A 3.3-liter V6 is also available, tipping the scales with 249 ponies and 229 lb-ft of torque. Each engine is fairly light on fuel usage, with the 4-cylinder showing 21 miles per gallon around town and 32 miles per gallon during highway driving, and the V6 dropping to 19 miles per gallon in the city and 29 miles per gallon on the highway.
There is an incentive of $1,000.00 cash back on the 2009 Hyundai Sonata effective until 08/31/2009.
