The front wheel drive Saturn VUE is equipped with a 2.4 liter DOHC (double over head cam) hybrid engine putting down 172 horsepower and 167 feet pounds of torque. The electric motor has an output of 14.5 kilowatts. The engine features the auto start/stop for combining the efforts of the electric motor with the gas engine. All models come standard with a four speed automatic transmission. Mileage is rated at 25 to 32 MPG. Mileage estimates for the 3.6 liter AWD Saturn VUE have not yet been published.
